All EUGENIAKIM.COM orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 2 PM EST, or on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping times will vary due to availability of merchandise. All Eugenia Kim products are shipped from New York City. Eugenia Kim, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Please allow 1 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped via UPS from the following options:

All promo codes offering free shipping are eligible for UPS Ground shipping on DOMESTIC orders only.
What’s eligible for return or exchange?
You can return or exchange any full price item - not purchased with a promotional discount - for a complete refund within ten (10) days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition with hang tags still attached.
Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt.
All sale items and custom-made/sized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Eugenia Kim items that have been purchased on other websites or from other retailers.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Click on order history
3. Click on "Create Return"
4. Follow the instructions to authorize your return
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return/exchange packages. Please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking. Orders placed outside the United States may accrue taxes and duties, the customer is responsible for these charges. Eugenia Kim will not cover the cost of the taxes and duties nor will they be responsible for the cost if the customer refuses the package.
