Because of the personal nature of hats, it is our company policy that all hats are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. |

Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping fees vary depending upon your location and how soon you need your new hat. International shipping is also available. Insurance charges are included for all shipments.
